    Title II gives the FCC the authority to make and enforce open internet rules, regardless of their specific provisions. You want to take that authority away. Stop letting me dunk on you like this.

    This is part of what i call the "Great Title II Head Fake" -- attributing to Title II things it does not do. The 2015 Obama-era rules allow ISPs to offer curated, Internet packages. Repealing Title II does not change the law on this.
