    Industrially-produced trans fats are contained in hardened vegetable fats, such as margarine & ghee, and are often present in snacks, baked & fried foods. Manufacturers often use them as they have a longer shelf life. But healthier alternatives can be used

    Today I had the chance to see first-hand the response in . Teams are motivated and working hard. I visited the hospital in Bikoro where patients are being treated, and lab technicians are testing samples. We’re working with our partners 24/7 to stop this outbreak.
