    I do enjoy conspiracy theorists. None of it makes a bit of sense top to bottom but you have to admit it's a fascinating way to look at the world.

    Disagree, Wikipedia is pure disinformation, edited by GCHQ and CIA hacks hiding behind the Philip Cross pseudonym. Wales is well aware of this, but chooses to let it slide, likely to appease those in the intelligence community.

    I agree with that analysis. Article 11, Article 13, and GDPR seem to me to guarantee the continued dominance of the big platforms in Europe. Ironic, given Europe's unease about them.

    However, individual artists (not going through music-labels/publishers), people who rely on fair-use and parody, and general internet users loose-out from article 13.
