    This piece uses data from the current version of the Open Science monitor. Note however that gold here is full gold only, while hybrid might be included in green. Not sure the interpretation takes this into account. cc

    Without getting too far into it, I see it as a push back on APCs in a significant way. non-profit OA based on open platforms better aligns w/ OA model followed in LatAm, so I hope it serves to support, not dismantle the way APCs do, the achievements of the region.
