My kind of petty: Democrat running for House seat in Arizona gets six of his Republican opponent's SIBLINGS to be in an advertisement against their brother

2/2 Every appellate court in the last 24 yrs but the CAFC has interpreted the scope of software copyrights as thin to ensure that copyrights do not provide patent-like protections. Here's my article on why they are right:

What are people planning to do in November with the extra hour a day that we won't have to spend deleting emails and voicemails requesting money for political candidates?

Call me crazy, but I think having 17 year-olds worry that any sexual assault they commit now might follow them around for the rest of their lives would be a GREAT thing

Senate just passed a copyright reform bill that adds protection against performances for works as old as 1860. Actual term of protection will vary by age. Better than the House bill but still unfortunate. The bills will have to be reconciled in conference.

Can someone explain what "an order that purports to restrain the enforcement against a non-party of any statute" means? Read literally the bill appears to block limitations on orders against non-parties but that seems to be the opposite of what they intend.

Not with mandatory non-class arbitration there isn't. That's terrible about your music! This risk is one reason why I use a non-updated version of iTunes and back everything up. Also:

I lost 85% of my music library to Apple Match, and then lost access to streamed versions when I canceled my Match subscription. Now this. There has got to be a class action in all of this. Has there been & I’ve missed it?
