The explanation on setting up a database works great if you have a user without password with the same name as your computer account. While this is the default for postgres, it would be great to have an explanation on setting up a connection with password!

In the off chance that someone saves a value to the Config UI and it takes down the site, there needs to be documentation on how to manually go in and resolve it (as a fallback).
