    Libraries require proof of address in specific, time limited, sometimes difficult to obtain forms. Oh, your letter from your shelter is 15 days old? Sorry, it has to be dated in the last 11 days.

    Libraries are not neutral! Help demonstrate this truth. RT and share the various ways that libraries are, in fact, not neutral.
