    I love the blogging that has been doing about his team’s work on and code. One really interesting benefit of working at an org that embraces ‘open’ is the ability to show actual plans and outcomes rather than just hand waving.

    I believe strongly that in a decade from now, much of software engineering is going to be about fixing codebases that were built in this era. We as engineers have to get better at talking about technical debt.
