    You can use the OnBecameVisible / Invisible functions to detect when objects show up or disappear from screen! I use this to quite a lot to detect when new targets show up on screen!

  2. They used to send a physical rejection letter hand-signed by their HR person, even to online applications. I got it twice. Not sure if they do it anymore, but it was a nice touch.

  8. [2/2] … potentially have a DOTS project and spin out a tiny game to put on the web as a small demo. Obviously you'd have to code any system not included, and the rendering can't be the same, but it's a first step in an exciting direction! Really powerful for hypercasual games!

  9. Also I want to point out another thing: with Tiny making its way "back" into regular Unity workflows (it's in C# now, it's just pure DOTS, and it allows using Prefabs, etc. via conversion scripts…) this means that you can… [1/2]

    Did you know there's an experimental release for Visual Scripting in ?! It's an early WIP but it lets you create games without code. It outputs DOTS-based code using nodes — just tried it for a mini pong game! 🏓 Deets & download here:
