Could we set some constants to identify
    profiles id (ex PROF_SUPERADMIN_ID, PROF_OBSERVER_ID, etc)
    users id (USER_GLPI_ID, USER_TECH_ID, etc)
    Rights values (READ, UPDATE, etc)

Describe the bug
I have installed the helpdesk inside Django 3.0 . and used rest api authentication in it. when assessing the helpdesk by (even super user or staff) the following error shown as alert.

The SMTP / IMAP Server-Password is returned in Clear-Text when visiting the Settings-Page of a Mailbox. A dummy entry should be returned instead.

What happened:
The documentation on https://docs.trudesk.io/v1/guide/ point to an incorrect location for the Ubuntu install script.

Kindly note that when a predefined-user which is treat as support client and giving that permission in role is adding a new issue the first reply message is not sent to his email instead of that the redmine standard notification is sent.
Noting that if a ticket is opened from an anonymous user via email an automatic response is sent.

Currently, the installation instructions have a note saying All Bitwarden assets will be installed in the ./bwdata directory relative to where the main Bitwarden script resides.

I think that should be extended to recommend which folder one should use, and if applicable if that should be
