Fun Fact: I almost always add a hair swoop to my characters, and it's always an homage to Sailor Uranus, the best lesbian ever.

Netflix said it didn’t have access to Facebook messages, but Facebook documents show Netflix had the ability to do just that. Netflix then acknowledged that it did access personal messages, but only for sending and receiving movie and TV recommendations.

NYT investigation: Internal Facebook records show that the company gave Microsoft, Amazon, Netflix and other tech giants far more intrusive access to your personal data than it ever disclosed

Also if I do not respond to you immediately or even within the next few hours, please do not continue to spam me with "hello??" messages. I don't think I need to explain why this is rude.

A Tip: I know it's out of politeness, but if you send me a message/email/etc with "Can I ask you a question?" and not actually include the question, it is 99% likely I will just not respond to you at all. Just ask the question, and if I want to answer it, I will! :)

I have been incredibly fearful of injuring my wrist since college and do hand/wrist exercises literally every day before & after I draw, and I've been pain free! until now lol. I really overdid it this time and also drew lazily, straining my hand. Don't be a dumbass like me 👍

Other things that are helpful: - Go easy on words, y'all. It's a visual medium. Let the art breathe sometimes. Not every panel needs a word balloon. - Don't ask for 2 actions in the same panel, think about how you'd draw that, you jerk - Keep track of character speaking order

Regarding script formatting—I hope it's ok to share these, because they're basically a perfect example of what I hope to receive from a writer. Each page in the comic starts on a new page in the doc, total panel count at top, font + spacing extremely readable on dual display.

The other thing that was fantastic about Jason's script is how concise he is—no panel description is too wordy, I didn't have to filter through a bunch of extra information to get an immediate idea of how this story needed to be told. Walls of text in scripts are hard to parse.

The only thing that would make this script better is if the panels were labeled "1.1, 1.2, 1.3" etc, so that I could quickly cmd/ctrl+F to find a specific panel I'm looking for while penciling or inking. Little things like this save precious time for artists.

Wow, comic writers please format your scripts like this 😭💛 this is a DREAM of a script to with. Esp for me struggling with focus, legibility so I can quickly find where I left off between drawing is so important. AND STOP USING COURIER FONT

Give your artist a clear outline of what's to come in the story so we can plan outfits, locations, easter eggs, and other details ahead of time. Get your scripts turned in on time. Artists, colorists, letterers, and designers all pay the price for late scripts.
