    * Does the diff match your expectations. For a footer update does it change a template, or does it add a ton of DB queries? * What’s not in the diff that you would have expected? As well as reviewing what’s there, we need to look at what *isn’t* there

    When reviewing a PR don’t start with the diff * Start with the title. Does it tell you what to expect? * Look at the issue body. What does the PR accomplish? Is it a bug fix? New feature? Why does this code exist? * Visualise what the change would look like if you implemented it
