In our upcoming initiative #HonouringOurGuardians, we celebrate the radical possibilities that emerge from indigenous perspectives against the climate crisis. Together with activists, scholars, and policymakers, we will share our knowledges and co-design policies and projects.

As we move ahead in creating #TheInternetWeWant, we don't shy away from hard conversations. We have spoken up in academia and the media about knowledge and power inequities and their impacts on the minoritized majorities of the world.

We started 2021 by living our resistance and liberation through our #FeministRealities, this year's theme in the #VisibleWikiWomen campaign. In the end, our path was full of dazzling images of women from all over the globe and meaningful collective learning experiences.

We are tempted to keep going, moving on to the next task in a list, doing our feminist, anti-colonial, anti-racist work. Yet we celebrate what we — hand in hand with our friends, allies & communities — have done and our chance to turn our dreams into glaring initiatives.

Seven months into 2021, our communities continue to face the hurdles imposed by Covid-19. And we know there is a lot more to be done in our work. In our latest newsletter, we have an invitation: a pause to celebrate what we have achieved and plan for radically new realities
