    Yes. Platinum open access is the norm in Nepal. All Nepali journals as far as I know are open access. However, Nepali researchers prefer submitting to the ostensibly more reputed closed-access journals and see publishing in Nepali open access journals as a downgrade.

    Susan Murray from summary of models. Platinum open access is possible in developing countries! ( in fact, it's the norm!)

    LIST PRICES MATTER. This is the cost of 3 months insulin WITH INSURANCE. The Patient still must pay over $1,000 to stay alive.
