    I shared the Lyft company history timeline at our all hands today because it's amazing to remember the founders worked on zimride for *5 years* before launching Lyft and then 7 more years competing with Uber (imo the best first 6 years of startup execution ever) before IPO.

    Just finished our regular 50-person, 3-hour meeting covering Stripe customers’ asks and needs. Even when all teams are individually user-focused, there’s somehow no substitute for just getting everyone together and working backwards.
