    A weak storm headed for a vulnerable island with a weak power grid is why Dorian could be disastrous. Could be. We hope not. A lose of power would mean a lose of water, among other things.

    The news Ecuadorian visa for Venezuelans will require a passport, criminal record, US$50 and an application filed in person at consulates in Caracas, Bogotá or Lima. Very few Venezuelans will qualify for this.

    This is Melvin, who we met at our in Petare barrio in Venezuela! He’s 10 years old & only 45lbs because of malnutrition...which has delayed growth. But he now eats twice a day and told us he dreams to be a pro basketball player! Melvin’s spirit inspires us every day ❤️

    What's cooking in Tijuana? Chili braised pork with beans over a radish top pesto rice served alongside a salad of greens, cabbage, bell peppers, almonds & cucumber with a tomatillo vinaigrette!😋 These fresh meals are going to families living in shelters along the border.

    6 years ago, TED decided not to share Sam’s talk because it wasn’t a “big new idea”. So it spread on YouTube. 28 million views later it’s now the 10th most watched TED Talk & Sam has touched countless lives ❤️ Glad to see it getting the recognition it deserves.

    Fresh produce delivery🍍 in the hard to reach areas in the state of Zulia, Venezuela where families have little access to food. Through our partners on the ground, 2,000 kids, teachers, and parents are receiving lunch at local schools 5 days a week.
