Amazon in India is Shit Makes me want to question the regulatory framework that http://Amazon.com uses to see if it's brand name is not being brought down. If it's global image doesn't suffer because of bad service by Amazon India.

I ordered a book from http://amazon.in Few pages were missing in it So I placed a return request immediately. The time slot chosen was March 9th 1pm is to 7pm ist. The person kept calling me between 10:00am-10:30 am ist. (1/2)

I called him at 11:30 for which I have recorded proof, he said that he can only come at his own convenience and his convenience is before 11 and he was at my doorstep,I told him that let's get the CCTV checked,he then said he didn't come because I did not pick up the phone. (2/3)

I told him why would I pick up any calls at work and the time spedicified by me was 1-7pm He challenged me to complaint against him. I lodged a complaint and was told that the pickup would be done today, then 1:15 I receive a message that the pickup is cancelled. (3/4)

Amazon India say they cannot do anything except Lodge a new pickup request for tomorrow. Feeling helpless and have decided to not order from Amazon again,even proceed with legal action. (4/4)
