Wiki Loves Earth

During the month of June, Wikimedia Canada is organizing Wiki Loves Earth in Canada. Wiki Loves Earth is an international photo competition to promote natural protected areas around the world. The goal of the contest is to put online as many pictures of recognized natural areas of Canada as possible during the month of June 2019 on Wikimedia Commons in order to share them, for free and under a free licence, with the world. New mailing list for Wikimedia Canada

Wikimedia Canada has created a new mailing list for all discussions about the Wikimedia movement in Canada. The General mailing list of Wikimedia Canada is a centralized list for subscribers, participants and interested parties to discuss Wikimedia projects. General and important announcements from Wikimedia Canada will be posted to this list. Announcements from Wikimedia Canada will be bilingual but discussions can be in any language.
