    I was interviewed on RT by the Pulitzer-winning journalist Chris Hedges about Russiagate. YouTube recommended it. How fitting then that the leading Russiagate conspiracy theorist calls this "Death by algorithm" -- to a propagandist, dissent from orthodoxy is "Death" indeed:

    This headline about the mass execution in Saudi Arabia makes it sound like these men were actually dangerous criminals. Some of them were literally murdered for being involved in anti-government protests or being forced into confessions to crimes they didn't commit.

    1. Abdulkareem al-Hawaj was a juvenile at age 16 when they arrested him. He was killed today by the Saudis. His crime: apparently he "confessed" to being near a protest.

    Today, on behalf of the Labour Party, I attended Lyra McKee's deeply moving funeral. It was clear how loved and respected she was by all who knew her. Today was also a reminder of the vital importance of protecting the Good Friday Agreement and the Northern Ireland peace process.
