Currently TFLite is not available on PyPi, which requires branching logic to pull the right binary for the current architecture of the build image.

build/install_requirements.sh has the logic pulling tflite runtime, but its a few versions behind, because the TFLite version is hardcoded.

It needs to be updated to find out what the latest stable tflite version is and pull that in.
