    I have an op ed in today’s Washington Post. It breaks down the silliness of saying CDA 230 requires/should require “neutrality.” It also points out that worries about platform content removals are universal, not partisan; and lists more relevant responses.

    It's not just about legality - it's abt international legitimacy. Much of 's interference was not illegal. That legitimacy extends to any responses that we implement, but we have to recognize that there is a need for active response. at

    Important for commitment to int'l norms to be held by collective of countries rather than propelled solely by the US. Similarly, when information warfare is waged to undermine democracy, we must go beyond elections and condemn the behavior itself.
