In some rare cases, primitive and/or svgo return a svg which is lacking a group.
This might not affect visual output but breaks the cli api › -o save result to file and basic svg structure is applied once in a while. Can be confusing especially for contributors

The spectrum configuration currently does not expose access to the JINT_TRELLIS_NUM_LOOPS option of the mozjpeg library (see https://github.com/mozilla/mozjpeg/blob/master/README-mozilla.txt).
We think that adding this option can be helpful for use cases where developers wish to have higher control of the compression efforts.
TileView is a subclass of android.view.ViewGroup that asynchronously displays, pans and zooms tile-based images. Plugins are available for features like markers, hotspots, and path drawing.

Requires clear information in Readme for nuget usage with Visual Studio and MSbuild. Also requires continuous integration usage instructions.

According to the docs, it says:
I tried it (my filesystems is S3) and what happens is only the file get deleted. the associated id folder doesn't get deleted. It becomes an empty folder instead (i.e. f
