If you delete a message on/via phone it does not disappear on the ui automatically.

First this, works well:

1. Open web ui
2. Send message via CLI
3. Message is pushed to mobile phone and instantly visible in web ui. Works as aspected.

Now the non working part:

1. Leave web ui open!
2. Delete message on/via phone
3. Message deleted on phone, but NOT disappear in the web

99% of the time when I'm creating a paste I'm copying the generated URL into an email client, writing a warning note about the burn-after-reading and time to expiration, and sending the email.

It would be great if PrivateBin could generate a mailto link with the paste URL, as well as relevant warnings for burn-after-reading and/or time to expiration based on the settings selected for the paste.

Recently, I've started using Selfoss via a Mac and a Windows RSS client.

I have rss_mark_as_read set in the configuration file, however, this does not seem to affect the feed, i.e. read articles will remain available to fetch.

Would it be possible to add a config parameter, or modify the way rss_mark_as_read works, to only add unread articles to the feed?

Sometimes users may need to change linkage between posts and comments. One case we already had (see #411). Another valid reason - blog/site changed domain or url pattern.
