    To be clear, as one person replying to this tweet noted: Ukraine's MFA has condemned it officially. The Canadian ambassador and Ukrainian ambassador in Canada have condemned it on Twitter, as has the Swiss embassy. But many, many people don't seem to be too bothered by it.

    gathering attacked, inadequately protected by police in Kyiv. Same types of events shut down again&again. Nearly 5 years on and many still fighting for dignity and right to assemble. Claims that all Russian propaganda inaccurate and stop conversation that needs to happen

    As a Ukrainian diplomat and a journalist, I am upset and disappointed by the attack on . It is not the Kyiv we love and cherish. The perpetrators should be quickly brought to justice!
