Description
It would be helpful to have a way to factory reset a Podman installation to recover from situations when Podman is badly broken due to some bug. Perhaps, something like podman system reset.
Every now and then early adopters and testers of Podman have to do this. A command that encapsulates all the steps is easier to document, helps with user support, etc..

Howdy folks,
GPyTorch provides Gaussian likelihood objects for fixed noise (FixedNoiseGaussianLikelihood) and for multi-task models (MultitaskGaussianLikelihood). I was wondering if someone could provide me some guidance on how to get a fixed noise multi-task Gaussian likelihood?
Thanks in advance
