Bought the area 51m and now the 40pin connector on the gpu and monitor cable are burned out. I wanted to buy replacement parts but Dell says they don't have any in stock and that the gpu cost 2k and the lcd $800. Already spoke to tech support multiple times smh.

I bought a Alienware 15 r4 laptop a little over a year ago. The warranty stopped for a month and I forgot to renew them the 6 beeps, 2 blue flashes 7 red flashes happened and my laptops screen just stays black.

They told me it’s a hard ware issue and I have to send it in and it will cost an undisclosed amount to get it back. This laptop cost 3 grand and lasted a year and I babied this thing I don’t even game on it or run it hard.
