How would I know whether that applied now it's released? All product info has updated. Have to admit I wasn't aware of this; genuinely will influence whether I'll be pre-ordering games with you in future - this order would've cost the same elsewhere and been delivered today.

You can find this information in your order confirmation e-mail and in your order details: http://amzn.to/UKYourOrders  ^KI

I can't find anything about release day delivery mentioned on that order or conf email, but nor for any other pre-order I've made this year inc ones which arrived on launch day. Can you point me to precisely where it would be stated, to be sure I'm looking in the right place?

Hi Dave , if the item is available for release day delivery, it would be displayed on the item page on the website. ^AT

Yes but, again, where can I find whether my order qualified for that now that the game has been released? The website is now showing the information for post-launch.

Thanks for clarifying, Dave! You can find information about your expected delivery date in your order confirmation e-mail. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders as our e-mails occasionally get routed there. ^WI

Haven't we been talking about release day delivery though? Your previous messages have implied it's a different thing.

Hi Dave, sorry for any confusion. Just to double check, when you view your order details here: http://amzn.to/UKYourOrders , what is the delivery date shown? ^AD

The delivery date is tomorrow. That's hardly a surprise when it was dispatched today. If you'd like to read my original message now, you may realise that my issue is there's literally zero benefit to pre-ordering if it's not sent for release day.

To confirm Dave, when you pre-ordered this item., and the order confirmation email that was sent to you as soon as you placed this order, does it state tomorrow as the delivery date? Here is the link to the Pre-order info; https://amzn.to/30ifXbU  ^ML

@mimsyboojum Let me see if I can help - @AmazonHelp my dude here pre-ordered a game and it stated that he would get it on the 22nd (The release date). However, it wasn't dispatched to him until the 22nd, meaning he wouldn't get it until AFTER the release.

Trying! Not sure it means much so long after, but maybe they'll kick you a little something back for the inconvenience.

If it is champions edition it is Tuesday release day. One of the perks of paying more is to get 3 days early access
