You guys should probably remove the sudo from pip install from your "How To Use" section in your readme (I'm not sure whether PIP drops privileges these days, but either way it's bad practice and some people will probably follow your instructions line by line).

Missing hover state
There's no visual indicator that you can click to drag in the UI. If you changed the cursor on hover, it would make it more clear.

Starting at the "Create a staging environment", the steps described in the guide quickly outpace the explanations and it was not obvious to me what was going on. The quickstart assumes knowledge of concepts (environments, machines) that I would have liked to see brief explanations of.

When disabled, accept stdin as-is and don't re-open the TTY. When enabled, accept a user-specified file separator sort of like how cut -d works.
