Create an admin action (http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.1/ref/contrib/admin/actions/#ref-contrib-admin-actions) to allow one or more model objects to be selected and exported.

At present many of the slicer commands (except serve) fail to run with or without specifying a config file path and always through an error indicating the config provider is of type str (or unicode).

Many users won't be familiar with how to set up their environments to all bulk inserts in MySQL and Postgres. Providing instructions for how to do this would provide significant improvements in experience when working with large clean datasets.

If we can improve basic performance significantly (see #312, #424) then this may be less important.
