Ordered a gift for my Daughter 5 days ago, supposed to be delivered 12/24...It still hasn't shipped. No way it's getting here by 12/24. This will be the 3rd thing ordered for my Daughter that never arrived. Thanks Amazon.

Placed order on 12/18. Keep getting emails moving the delivery date out each time. Now not arriving until 12/26. Prime is not worth it.

Ticked off and ordered 1 day deliv last Thurs via Amazon Prime. Informed today, Xmas Eve, they won't be coming and they have cancelled the order. Refund doesn't land for 5 or 7 days, they can't resend out in time. Amazon, ruined my and my families Xmas. No exaggeration.
