As a new iOS user, I'd love to see some "less than apple approved" things going on the iOS platform. Can we get a list going?

In scientific mode, after pressing the Enter button, navigation menu opens instead of displaying the result.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to Scientific mode.
Click on C.
Enter 2+2 on keyboard.
Press Enter on keyboard.

Expected behavior
Result is displayed.

Actual behavior
Navigation menu is opened.

I came across this endpoint in the wild, it was called by a Swagger UI to render the documentation for an API.

Can we add this to one of the lists? I didn't want to open a PR as I don't know which file (maybe more than 1?) would be best.

@delcypher: which command failed here and where should libz3.so be found? I already added the build directory to the PATH just in case, but that didn't help. It works fine on my personal Ubuntu though.
