Description
Description of the issue.
The following code produces an array whose shape does not match what I'd expect:
instead of keeping one solitary readme I the root folder, it would be better to add separate README to each folder.
what this would achieve would be that for someone interested in ciphers should open the folder and find details in the README specific to ciphers only.
This seems like an easy process of splitting the README into separate duplicates and then adding them to individual folders, I wou

e.g. "This diagram is sample number 3 of 100, with random seed(s) 98 and 2"
This would be helpful for reproducibility, because often I see a Penrose diagram and can't remember the steps for recreating it!
The ObjectMatrix is a matrix made up of objects which implement the ObjectArithmetic interface. The Matrix class itself has add(), subtract() and multiply() functions, so it implements these functions. In theory, we should be able to add implements ObjectArithmetic to the Matrix class, create an ObjectMatrix of a few distinct matrices and verify that the BlockMatrix axioms function as expected.

Some methods of igraph_degree_sequence_game are not interruptible.
igraph_degree_sequence_game_no_multiple_undirected and igraph_degree_sequence_game_no_multiple_directed should be made interruptible.
This should not be difficult but it requires care.

pi_1(circle, pt) = Z
There is now a type circle in UniMath.SyntheticHomotopyTheory.Circle2. It would be great to define pi_1 of a pointed type, and to show that pi_1(circle, pt) \simeq Z.

I noticed some usual announcement channels didn't get the announcement
of version 3.0.0 being out. By looking at those channels, one might get the
wrong impression that we are still at 3.0.0.beta4 and waiting for 3.0.0.
Have 3.0.0 announcement
