    We adapt for new parents as their employer. We also have baby-friendly board meetings 👶 Mor's right, this should be the norm.

    Shout-out to the best work place, , that sent me to a Keep in Touch day in Manchester and did everything to make it as easy as possible to take Lia with me. In theory this should be the norm with every employer, but we still have a long way to get there...
