    obviously the most important one is the combination of humility/transparency. this is probably where outlets fell down the most pre-quarantine. sometimes you need a (dreaded) question headline because we're unsure! we ought to be way more transparent when there aren't answers

    We can't treat everyone like arguing w/ our parents but we can remember ppl don't like to feel attacked or dumb. And we could all spend more time thinking about hardened identities and how to best break through when trying to knock down bad info

    A lot of people will die this month. It's reasonable to be affected by it, especially if you know people who died from COVID-19 or something else, but couldn't see them in hospital or go to their funeral. It's going to be really tough. We have to help each other get through it.
