    So, either I pay $31000 now (in addition to the $9000 I already paid back in Aug 2018) for premium economy or allow myself to be cheated by into Economy fare although I paid for Premium Economy 10 months ago. Way to excel at customer experience, !

    And oh hey, the "Customer Relations" team works for a mere four hours a day -- 9AM to 1PM US Eastern times...you know, because they obviously don't have any unhappy customers or because account doesn't exist 🙄

    Hey guess what, y'all. My options are: (1) pay $31000 now to be in Premium Economy (if I had that kinda money, I wouldn't waste 3.5hrs of my time + energy being on the phone w/ !!!) OR (2) allow myself to be cheated into Economy class altho I paid Prem Eco $

    120 mins after, I asked the rep to have a superior call me (he assured me of a callback in the next 6-8hrs) because I’m EXHAUSTED and won’t pay $31000 for a mistake I didn’t do. I selected Premium Economy while booking. And I expect to fly Premium Economy now.

    Now when we asked the customer support team to fix this issue, they say that we never selected Premium Economy. Who in their right state of mind pays $2400 for Economy class when booking 10 months in advance?!

    In Middle School (mid-dark ages for me) we learned about English’s use of masculine 2nd Person for diverse groups & “So complaints that its exclusive of women are wrong; it doesn’t MEAN just males.” So, if it “doesn’t mean,” why be angry to use something clearly inclusive? Oh.
