A minor bug, so mainly for documentation:

On https://github.com/freemint/freemint/blob/master/tools/toswin2/ansicol.c#L112
we have
tw100_env = "tw100-m";

when the number of colors < 8.
This is exported in the environment as TERM=tw100-m
