    I'm incensed about this because politically speaking, I'm a minority within a minority. As a Jewish Republican, if someone told me I'm not Jewish because of my politics, it would be offensive. It's contrary to individualism and it's disdainful of idelogical diversity.

    This story deserves more attention: naturalization ceremonies are on hold during the pandemic. That means 140,000 immigrants have been unable to become citizens, so they can't register to vote. That total grows by 2,100 each day. Just a bit suspicious🤔

    Look for the "LIBERATE [state]" folks to point to any lower-than-expected numbers of new cases as vindication. But if a state's economy doesn't come back because people don't trust their government to keep them safe, reopening isn't working.
