Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When starting the download of many files (clicking multiple Magnet links on a page for e.g.) the confirmation dialog showing where the download will be saved always pops up. In Transmission for e.g. there's an option to not prompt each time.

If internet is down and you launch nuclear it (at least i feel) should open the downloaded music. a way I thought could be used would be too ping a website and if 100% of the pings for a set amount of time result in losses then nuclear could open the downloads page.

if I understood it corretly from README.MD, we can install like this:

$ git clone https://github.com/donnemartin/dev-setup.git && cd dev-setup
$ ./.dots bootstrap osxprep brew osx

and later when we need datastores, we run

$ cd ~/dev-setup
$ ./.dots datastores

I understand that bootstrap copies the dot files to the home directory, such as .bash_profile and .exports.

Basically when I click on a song, it gets highlighted as blue. Which is ok, but it gets confusing when I have 2 selected songs, the last clicked, and the current playing song.

I would prefer if there was a way to only have the playing song highlighted.

I tried looking for color options to change the clicked song color, but to no avail. Would be nice if there w

Most command examples currently shown do the operation way worse than what I'd expect thunar would do (and afair, does). Here's an attempt at fixing the most obvious differences.
