    This is totally true, especially for young developers living alone. Easy to “accidentally” end up working super late just because of lack of alternatives.

    Having said that, note that the data, while respectable, is *New York* data, so jurisdictions which are qualitatively different (climate, density, demographics) might expect different numbers. Or maybe not, we don’t know.
