Currently in step 5. Margins, Shift+click is used for moving the page horizontally, so as to align it with the vertical guides but also to move the guides themselves. This is very error-prone since one is generally dragging the page very near the guides, and could accidentally move them when in fact is trying to move the page.
I suggest changing the shortcut for adjusting the guides to `A

DjvuLibre explicitly supports JPEG 2000 standard only for encoding purposes. See documentation of djvumake utility and corresponding source code. JPEG 2000 encoder is an external dependency.
It should be quite straightforward to implement JPEG 2000 support in DjvuNet based on existing open source implementations of the codec.

Would it be possible to provide an alternate way of starting koreader besides a long press on the middle key on the reMarkable? This interferes with the use of the binary patches to Xochitl which rely on the middle button for fast switching between documents and notebooks. Also, the reMarkable 2, due this summer, will not have physical keys.
