App specific shortcut guide for any configured app using a modifier + foreground running application.

The Shortcut Guide would function normally with the Windows key long press, but what if you added a modifier key and getting an app specific Shortcut Guide to load when pressing a modifier key whilst the app X is in the foreground.

Example: PhotoShop is running in the foreground, you press

According to commit moby/moby@32915b1, we can no longer build binary-client by running ./hack/make.sh binary-client.
The document could be updated.

we used to publish at our deploy preview/lsp, however I think just publishing on each merge to master is fine for the time being. we were having issues that were slowing down the netlify build. i would like to break out the netlify config into seperate actions using the cli action. the root package.json script is just build-docs
