All the docs for MongoKitten are out of date. We need to upgrade our code from an older version to MongoKitten 6, but the docs are still for 4.x

e.g database.createCollection doesn't exist anymore.

Hi I am using opentracing specialagent on play-framework, I am able to get the tracing working. but in order to create more detailed spans. we need to get an instance of tracer but I can't find the documentation on how to do that.
