Currently the only Getting Started documentation is on keratin.tech and describes a short Docker command. The main documentation on keratin.github.io should also have a Getting Started section, optionally with Docker Compose.

1. Update documentation for tags endpoint

README#get-tags should include a section with the following query parameters

• param: sortBy
  type: enum: ["name", "quoteCount"]
  description: The field used to sort tags. Default is name.

• param: sortOrder
  type: enum: ["asc", "desc"]
  description: The order in which results

@p4tin made a change to allow response matching. We should update the README to add some examples of what that means.

Would you provide some standard documentation for using the code library and possibly in each file?
Also, I'd love to use this for monitoring product availability. What happens when you try to ping a product that is unavailable?
