2 * X queries vs. 1

currently a single transaction with a batch X of documents does 2 * X SQL queries.
it looks whether the document exists first and then inserts or updates it:

Another possible method of filtering data would be using bayesian classification such as https://github.com/lytics/multibayes.

To complete this issue research should be done to see if this provides any notable benefits, and if so provide a small prototype of the functionality.

Currently the FileAPI is only capable of uploading single files, we should enable directory uploads

improve documentation about the various functionality that Nexus has.

Extend payment capabilities to include Monero. Ideally we interface with XMR using gRPC, but JSON-RPC API is okay too.

The XMR payment system should expect those implementing it are running an XMR node, and not use a third-party API.

Currently the tests are pretty brittle, and some are out of date. Additionally there is no ci process.

Enable CI using travis, and ensure all tests work properly.
