Only show filter options with rows based on other filter selections.

For example, if a specific Language is filtered, the Tag filter should only contain selections that would actually still return at least one row. If a Tag has no FilterLists for the filtered Language, don't even show it as an option in the Tag filter until the Language filter is reset.

AdGuard does not response for a long time if you paste a big number of the rules(for example 10000).
Display a warning message or paste it to the string(suggestion to use advanced filter editor in this case) instead of the rules.

Could you make its icon (on a bar in upper right corner) more transparent or something? It's too dark compared to other ones. It could also be moved down like 2 pixels (on devices with retina display).
