As of version ^2.0.0 of eslint-plugin-react-hooks the plugin now[ forbids top-level use*() calls more aggressively][pr].
See the official changelog and [corresponding commits][c] for more details.
To adapt to this change the peer & dev dependency version will be updated to the [latest minor/patch version][npm].
So.. It's a bit tricky until we reimplement the file state monitoring, because it could only accept non-glob path.
So we should probably use glob-parent or such.
