Unclear license
The documentation for nopoll_conn_get_msg() states that the accepted socket will be non-blocking by default. This is not the case when the accepted socket has not enabled TLS.
The following line in the internal accept method states it will set non-blocking, and then it sets blocking.
https://github.com/ASPLes/nopoll/blob/e80b74aa653b1395759bce7f256ce7e94645f39f/src/nopoll_conn.c#L4692-L4693
fixup man pages
The generated man pages, esp. the ones with mult. APIs in one file (wcsnorm_s.c) need to be improved.
- remove the files (*_s.c.3), just one per API
- cleanup mult., like wcsnorm_s
- either create a dynamic perl fixup script,
- or manually sync doc updates with static man pages.

To my surprise I discovered that unlike the moonlight-common repository their is no license included in the moonlight-common-c repository. While the usage in moonlight-chrome and moonlight-ios and the inclusion
of ported code from moonlight-common at least indicates its available under a GPLv3 (compatible) license it would probably be better if the license is clearly stated. Just in case someone
