Is there a way to hide the icon of a BrowserWindow on Windows?

With new releases are made the header files need to be updated too.
We should split out the include directory for each platform to not conflict on builds and make the CI pipeline easier.

We already have some templates for standard colors across the blog (cc @mathiasbynens), but it could be useful to document and update them explicitly in the repo.

gometalinter is now deprecated. We should switch to golangci-lint.

Specifically, Mocha seems to perform lots of operations like Array#includes and Array#indexOf on frozen arrays while setting up its environment and executing its tests.

It would be good to have this pattern reflected in the WTB.
