The rumble pak had a large number of supported games, and the controller pak likewise had an extensive list of support, with not insignificant crossover.

The mupen64plus-input-bot plugin was updated to support multiple controllers in kevinhughes27/mupen64plus-input-bot#8. As part of this change the way the controller server is accessed changed slightly - it now requires an integer at the end of the url to specify which controller.
Some of the code in the gym will need to change. e.g. [here](https://github.com/bzier/gym-mu
cargo-xbuild is a dependency for building the MIPS sysroot, and core, alloc, and compiler-builtins crates. rust-src is a dependency of cargo-xbuild.
These dependencies should be checked in build.rs and error out with a clear list of what's missing and how to install it.
What the title says, currently no APKs provided external to the Google Play Store which is not uber intuitive to FOSS.
