'Tags Overview' and 'All Trackers' in the sidebar under 'My Torrents' seem to change their position randomly on every restart. They either reside at the bottom after my manual tags or at the top beneath 'Library'.

I'm building standalone Docker image. Good to have configure options:

1. for consuming remote I2CP interface, for example:

   i2pbote.i2cpHost=172.17.0.1
   i2pbote.i2cpPort=7654

2. option to bind standalone webapp to another host, for example, 0.0.0.0.

Also, will be good to have a hint in README where config file is located.

If the user is using i2p-zero for I2P, chances are they don't have an I2CP port exposed, which we use to detect the presence of an I2P router before attempting to connect to SAM.
